New parents need the support of their village. When caring for a new baby, nutrition is paramount. This program is designed to nourish a new mother with warming, fortifying, grounding foods made with local ingredients and bring comfort to the whole family.

BROTHS

Easy to digest, nutritious broths are a key staple in a new mother's diet. Enjoyed throughout the day, a range of broths can provide essential nutrients while bringing comfort. Consumed alone or mixed into soups and stews, these pack a fortifying punch while easy on the healing body

Designed to feed both parents, these stews are made with seasonal ingredients and local proteins to give lasting energy and warming nutrition. Easy to reheat at anytime, these are great for lunches and dinners, or to keep in the freezer for future meals. 

BREAKFASTs

Accessible and nutritious options for the morning when sleep is limited. Eggs, oats and nuts are all important in encouraging milk production and baby's development, and fueling up in the morning can help new parents focus on caring for the baby. These meals are made to feed everyone and provide lasting energy for the day. 

SNACKS

Prepared snacks and treats that are ready for when hunger strikes. 

TEAS AND TONICS

Herbal teas to ground, calm and balance, delicious drinks to replace or accompany morning coffee and smoothies that anyone can prepare. 

DELIVERY

Included in the program, food will be delivered in one stop for maximum convenience and alone time at home. Local delivery in Nashville area.
